Comments: (Nee: Sinko or Fienko) | | 1851-1900 | Comments: A couple of months I went to my Grandma Broucek's house for the first time a couple of years after my Grandpa Broucek passed away. She would hear my Dad talk about my huge determination of finding the roots of my family history, and I asked my Grandma if I could borrow them for a while. She had told me these were relatives on her side of the family so the oldest surnames I knew about her side are originally Fienko, but eventually changed to Sinko while their departure to the USA, so it would be easier to pronounce by others. My Grandma Broucek's (Donna) maiden name is Vrona, and her family roots lie in Poland.
