The photo is in fairly rough shape, and I have no idea who the subjects are. Perhaps relatives on my grandpa's side, which could be Anderson (incredibly rare name, narrows it down, eh?), Terps, Petersons, TerBorgs... Or maybe not.
The photographer, O.G. Oyloe, was, from what I've read, active in Brookings from 1887 to 1900. So the photo should be from that time period, maybe?
