This cabinet card photograph of Agnes Douglas Fairchild of Waco, Texas includes the names of her children, Douglas, Belle, Lucinda, and Ida, and a notation, apparently written by one of her children, stating that Agnes Fairchild was "one of the dearest women that ever lived - a true friend and a wonderful mother." There is a backmark on this cabinet card for W. D. Jackson, Photographer, located at 55 1/2 and 27 1/2 Austin Avenue in Waco. *** (NOTE: I am assuming that "DOUGLAS" is this woman's maiden name and not middle name, and have listed it here as such.)
