Found! 10/21/2006 Discovery # 1031 Finder writes **Seth Jewett Todd, son of William Balch Jewett Todd of Newburyport Ma. The family moved to DC where Seth was born. He died there 14 Mar 1874, about 31 y/o. He was a physician. his uncle was also named Seth Jewett and also lived in DC, serving in Congress. He is not of my direct line but a collarteral ancestor.**
