Comments: Fred Houston Deal (Nee: ) | Knoxville TN United States | 1901-1920 | Comments: I have two old studio photographs of Fred Houston DEAL, one taken when he was 3 months old + 17 days and the other at 6 months old. One was taken at the Weiser Studio in Knoxville, TN, the other has no photographer or location identified. Based on limited research I was able to gather the following information regarding Fred and his family:
Fred Houston DEAL was b. 10 Jul 1906 in Knoxville, TN to parents Henry Lee DEAL (1884-1982) and Maude Grace HOUSTON (1887-1957) who were married 1 Oct 1905 in Knox County, TN. Fred was one of 6 children born to this couple including Fred Houston; Roy Raymond; Rosetta; James William; Mildred Frances; and Bessie Kate DEAL, all born between 1906 and 1920.
Fred married Jennie Mae WATSON (1905-1995) on 12 Oct 1924 in Knox County, TN and they had four children including Fred Houston DEAL Jr. (1925-1954); Lillian Frances DEAL (1926-2006); Alvin Henry DEAL (1929-1990); and Baby Boy DEAL. Fred died 10 Feb 1949 in Knoxville, TN and is buried in the Berry Highland Memorial Cemetery in Knoxville, TN.
