Comments: Raymond Charles Ellison (Nee: ) | Plymouth NH United States | 1901-1920 | Comments: I have an old photograph of the ELLISON Children including Raymond Charles, Marion, and an unnamed sibling (believed to be Reginald T. ELLISON) who died of an appendix rupture when he was young. The photograph appears to have been taken between 1910 and 1920 with the children ranging in age from infant to about 5 years old.
There is no studio or location identified and the photograph is taken outdoors in front of a house. Based on limited research I was able to gather the following information regarding this family:
Reginald Thomas ELLISON was b. 11 Apr 1913 in Ashland, NH to parents Charles Henry ELLISON (1884-1961 born in New Hampshire) and Lillian “Lillie” Susan JOYCE (1880-1950 born in Vermont). Reginald was one of 5 children born to this couple including Raymond Charles; Reginald Thomas; Marion Charlotte; Dorothy Rose; and Edna May ELLISON, all born between 1911 and 1918.
Reginald died in Plymouth, NH on 22 Oct 1920 and is buried in the Riverside Cemetery in Plymouth, NH.
Raymond Charles ELLISON was b. 17 Aug 1911 in Plymouth, NH to the same parents and married Marion Genevieve PHILBRICK (1908-1991) on 28 Jun 1936 in Plymouth or Goffstown, NH and they had a daughter, Sandra “Sandy” R. ELLISON (1945-2004). Raymond and Marion divorced in 1952 and he married a second time to Roberta Phylis PORTER BIAGGI (1916-2006).
Raymond died 19 Mar 1965 or 13 Apr 1965 in Contoocook, NH and is buried in the Riverside Cemetery in Plymouth, NH.
I would like to get this photograph to a family member and would appreciate you contacting me if you are a member of this family or know someone who might be.
Thanks,
Shelley
