Comments: Hattie Louella Huber (Nee: Travis) | Winchester TN United States | 1901-1920 | Comments: I have an old postcard photograph of Louella TRAVIS HUBER which appears to have been taken in the early 1900's when Louella was about 5 years old. Based on limited research I was able to gather the following information regarding Louella and her family:
Hattie Louella or Luella TRAVIS was b. 26 Feb 1906 in Walworth, WI to parents James Houghston or Houston or Hughston TRAVIS (1875-1946) and Mary Eleanor “Mellie” or “Polly” or “Mollie” MOORE (1874-1961) who were married 16 Jun 1895. Louella was one of four children born to this couple including Thomas Fredric or Frederic; Hattie Louella or Luella; Dovie Edith or Edyth; and James Edward TRAVIS, all born between 1899 and 1913.
Louella married George Washington HUBER (1903-1999) on 9 Jun 1934 in Winchester, TN and they had a daughter, Mary Lena HUBER PRICE (1935-1972) and one other daughter as well. Louella died 23 Jul 1993 in Winchester, TN and is buried in the Winchester City Cemetery in that city.
