Comments: Fannie Josephine Huston (Nee: Ely) | Hector NY United States | 1851-1900 | Comments: I have an old studio photograph of Fannie ELY which was taken at the R. D. Crum Studio in Watkins, NY in the 1880's when Fannie was about 8-10 years old. Based on limited research I was able to gather the following information regarding Fannie and her family:
Fannie Josephine ELY was b. Dec 1880 in Hector, NY to parents William Hector ELY (1843-1902) and Delphine or Delphina “Della” Clarissa BRADNER (1855-1934). Fannie had two siblings including Marion or Mariam J. or B. ELY BENNETT (1884-1973) and Ralph Edward ELY (1891-1983). Fannie married Samuel Emerson HUSTON (1875-1952) on 1 Mar 1899 in Hector, NY and they had two children including Elinor Delphine HUSTON (1904-2003) and Fannie Helen HUSTON SHEDRICK (1907-1999).
Fannie died 11 May 1964 in New York State and is buried in the Hector Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Hector, NY.
