Comments: Lizzie Frahm (Nee: ) | Grinnell IA United States | | Comments: I have an old studio photograph of George & Lizzie FRAHM which was taken at the Kester Studio in Grinnell, IA and gifted to Mr. & Mrs. ANDERSON. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1890's with the couple likely in their 30's or 40's at the time it was taken. Based on limited research I was able to gather the following information regarding this couple:
George FRAHM was b. 28 Jun 1865 in Germany to parents C. & E. FRAHM and he died 17 Jul 1908 in Poweshiek Co. IA and is buried in the Sugar Creek Cemetery in Searsboro, IA. His wife Lizzie was b. 17 Jul 1865 and she died 27 Sept 1902 and is buried in the same cemetery as her husband.
I am hoping to get the photograph back to family and would appreciate you contacting me if you are a member of this family or you know someone who might be.
