Why I believe this to be the individual.
• The 1937 Portland City Directory lists Mary C Stacy, the widow of Frank J Stacy living at 20 Norwood.
• The 1935 Portland City Directory lists Mary C, the widow of Frank J Stacy and Frank S Stacy, a butcher, residing at Elmer C Robinson Running Hill Rd, South Portland.
• The 1937 Portland City Directory reports that Frank S Stacy, a butcher, moved to Fairfield.
I am sure this is Mary Stacy, the wife of Frank J Stacy, and likely the mother of Frank S Stacy.
