Comments: Bertha Hoover (Nee: TOMBSTONE) | FL USA | | Comments: Bertha M. (maiden name unknown) Hoover was born in New York State on 30 March 1892. She married Harry Ralph HOOVER in abt. 1916 and bore him at least two children, a boy and a girl. Bertha and Harry resided in Ithaca, Tompkins County, NY, for much of their lives before apparently retiring to Broward County, Florida, where Bertha died in January 1975 and Harry followed her in death in February of 1979. They are buried and share a headstone in Broward County’s Lauderdale Memorial Park. A photo of the complete headstone can be found on this web site, ID # 70021.
