Photo taken about 1918. The other 7 are believed to be his children, but I don't know which is which. However, I do have the individual names, here given in birth order: Mabel Mary Pebody (b.1885); Katherine Ivy Pebody (b.1886); Winifred Kate Pebody (1888-1975); Bertram William Pebody (b.1891); Leonard Gardiner Pebody (b.1893); Edward Albert Pebody (1894-1965); Evelyn Rosetta Pebody (b.1896). Some of the birth years are estimates from census records. Mabel married Oliver Brock. Katherine married Nelson Dobie. Winifred married William Oates. Evelyn married Melville Hipwell. The mother of these children was Sarah Smith, born about 1859 and died before 1901. Sarah was my great-great-aunt.
