Comments: L B A (Nee: ) | WI or IL | 1901-1920 | Comments: The male is my grandfather John Henry Kisting, the female is unknown--initials L.B.A. She wrote him a good-bye poem June 28, 1914. He wrote on the Y.M.C.A. envelope containing the poem and a lock of her hair: "Farewell my little Indiana girl." He was born and raised in Wisconsin but served in WWI in the Great Lakes. He was 20 years old in 1914. Would love to identify the female! It looks like a wedding photo but to the best of my knowledge they never married.
