Comments: Albert E Bosley (Nee: ) | Denver CO United States | 1901-1920 | Comments: I have an old family photograph of Mr. & Mrs. Albert E. BOSLEY and their children Albert DeWitt BOSLEY and Myrtle Nellie May BOSLEY of 2629 Marion, Denver, Colorado. A note also indicates that "Myrtle was born here". The photograph appears to have been taken in the early 1900's with the children appearing to be about 2-5 years old and the parents in their 30's or 40's at the time. Based on limited research I was able to gather the following information regarding this family: Albert E. BOSLEY was b. Feb 1863 in England and married Lutie Mary GASKILL (1866-1945) in 1894. The couple had two children including Albert DeWitt BOSLEY (b. 1895) and Myrtle May BOSLEY WEAVER (b. 1898). Lutie was b. May 1866 in New York to parents Lewis DeWitt Clinton GASKILL (1840-1915) and Nellie C. ROGERS (1845-1910). Lutie was one of three children born to this couple including Lutie Mary; Harriet; and Bertha L. GASKILL, all born between 1866 and 1875. Albert was Lutie’s second husband, her first husband was Tracy Chester TYLER (b. 1848) whom she married on 24 Sept 1884 in Grand Co., CO. Albert died in 1941 and Lutie in 1945 and they are both buried in the Crown Hill Cemetery in Wheat Ridge, CO. Their son Albert D. was b. 3 Sept 1895 in Colorado, and he married Stella RAMSEY (1903-1940) on 12 Jan 1921 in Denver, CO. The couple had one son, Wallis DeWitt BOSLEY (1923-1975). Albert died 11 Dec 1955 in Wheat Ridge, CO and is buried in the same cemetery with his parents. Their daughter Myrtle was b. Sept 1898 and married Carl Clifford WEAVER (1898-1977) on 26 Apr 1922 in Colorado. Myrtle and Carl three children including Ernest C.; Neal R.; and Betty Jean WEAVER, all born between 1925 and 1932. Myrtle died in 1967 and is buried in the Skyline Memorial Gardens cemetery in Portland, OR.
