No children. Jessie lived with her brother Archie and helped to raise his three children after his wife left around 1926. Jessie died 1953. Jessie died in 1953 and is buried at Woodlawn Cemetery along with John MacMillan her second husband who was born in 1887 and died in 1925. Lot 106 John Mullin, the township clerk, died in 1915 and he had been postmaster for Cornwall Centre from 7 Mar 1893 to 27 Dec 1913 when the post office was closed. The Standard Jan 14 1901 At a meeting of Cornwall Twp. council held Jan 14, 1901 J. Mullin was appointed clerk and treasurer.
