Dead Fred's Genealogy Photo Archive, a free, fun photo genealogy research web site devoted to helping you visualize your heritage!

Dear readers,

Please help us keep DeadFred alive. 90% of our expenses are supported by donations averaging $5. Not many visitors contribute. If each visitor reading this right now gave $2, our fundraiser would be done by the time you finish reading this. That's right, the price of a large can of soda would do it.

If DeadFred is helpful to you, please take a moment to help us. We are a very small group of volunteers serving thousands of readers daily with very little outside support. DeadFred is a place to share and discover the faces of your ancestors. The funds we receive go toward maintaining and improving your chances of discovery. Please help us so we can continue to help you.

Thank you,
Joe Bott

Comments: Missouria Jane Keen (Nee: Riley) | Lufkin TX USA | | Comments: This is known to be Missouria Jane Riley who married John Coke Keen. There is a wedding ring on her finger when viewed close up, she married in 1861 in Navarro County, TX. But my question is this, the pic looks to be from 1890's or so, but the woman looks to be in late 20's or early 30's perhaps which would be too young for my Missouria for this time frame as she would be about 51 in 1890 so I am wondering if this might be her daughter. I am looking for any other pictures of Missouria Jane Riley for comparison. Perhaps this pic is earlier than 1890's but the fashion looks like 1890's. Any replies welcome!
