This man was also a S/Sgt. in the army. Photographer Charles Vagabond Keywords: WW2 WW11 soldier Army military UPDATE: Identity discovered. His name is Louis E. Wille and was a jack of all trades, musician, marathon runner, artist, fireman and fisherman. He won the Pikes Peak Marathon twice and patented his own fishing lure-The Wille Minnow. He died in Rock Springs, Wyoming.
