She was born February 22, 1902 in Everett, PA. Her family later moved to Warren, OH in the early 1920s. She was first married to Henry Hartman (1898-1934). He was killed when a garbage truck ran over him. In the late 1930s, Arvadia married William C. Burbank Sr. Bill later became the Mayor of Warren, OH from 1952-1959. Arvadia had one child, June Harclerode Christy (1921-1992). Arvadia died in 1979.
