Cork. Mary married James McGrath (10 Jan 1872-9 Mar 1948) from Glanworth, Co. Cork on 28 Feb 1897 at the RC Church, Ballindangan. The marriage was performed by Fr. Eugene O'Riordan and witnessed by William Kirby and Kate Condon. James was a son of Daniel McGrath and Jane Mawe, (also spelled Maye) (c1849-1913) of Glanworth. Mary and James had 11 children together. She died 8 months after her husband having been in a coma for 10 days following a cerebral haemorrhage. Mary and James are buried together in Glanworth Old Cemetery.
