Comments: Juckenack (Nee: ) | Germany | 1921-1940 | Comments: This picture of Mr. Juckernack appears as an illustration in the following German scientific journal: Zeitschrift fur untersuchung der lebensmittel, Feb./Mar. 1930, Heft 2/3, Band 59. There appears to be some biographical information there as well but since I don't read German I am unable to tell for certain. His name seems to appear in multiple forms but I suspect that has something to do with his titles. His name under the portrait is "Prof. H. Juckenack." His name in the text is given as, "Professor Dr. phil., Dr.-Ing. E. h. Adolf Juckenack." Please see that reference for more details. That is all the information I have on this picture. I am not researching this line, just saw the photo and thought I'd post it.
