He was a poet, teacher and philosopher. He authored such works as "Modern Painters," "Stones of Venice," "Seven Lamps of Architecture" and others. He died in 1900 at his home in Coniston in Canada at the age of 81.
That is all the information I have on him. I am not researching this line, just saw the photo and thought I'd post it.
