Comments: Harmon Daniel King (Nee: ) | NC United States | | Comments: Reverend Harmon Daniel King, born Oct. 17, 1805, Kershaw County, SC, and died May 15, 1905, Union County, NC. Attended the Univeristy of Alabama. Married twice, first to Mary V. Starnes (1814-1865, 13 children) 2nd. to Margarett M. Griffin (1846-1930, 8 children). Maggie Griffin appears in the picture with him. I think it was made around 1880. Hamron's parents were Harmon King, Sr., a Soldier of the Revolution, and Elizabeth "Betsy" Flye. I have a bit more information if anyone is interested.
