I do not know if "Buck" is the person in the photo or to whom the photo is address. A check of Navy personnel killed at Pearl Harbor does not include anyone with the given or surname of name "Buck."
This photo was found in my grandmother's box of old photos and my dad, who was age 13 at the time of the Pearl Harbor attack, remembers the young man worked at a twine mill in Houston or a member of his family worked at the twine mill with my grandmother.
I'd like to put a name with the photo to honor this young man who died at Pearl Harbor!
