She was born in Port Richmond, King William, Virginia. She was raised by Dick & Lula Alexander and legally changed her name to Alexander in August 1946. She married my grandfather Robert Atkinson in June 11, 1949. I am looking for info on my great great grandparents & why they were unable to raise my grandmother etc.
